A house :) The family living there excepted our offer and we'll move in sometime late in the summer. :)
I'm super excited. HT and I have already been talking about things to do.

This is the back yard. We are going to put up a fence. I really like the swings. :) The main bedroom is upstairs and the little kids room that is off of it, we are thinking closet. The basement is semi finished, nice enough space, doesn't smell musty at all. The main floor bathroom is nice.
And the best thing is that these people really seem to like starwars and legos. :) There are more pictures on my flicker page.

Ooh, I like the floor tile in the bathroom. And the slopey ceilings upstairs, just like the house where I grew up :). Now I'm crossing my fingers for these people to find themselves a new house quick-quick!
